1️⃣ Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description Assess patient health needs and develop care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy Perform wound care, catheter care, injections, and other clinical procedures May be asked to supervise and/or train CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and LPNs Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain detailed patient records Other duties as assigned Requirements Active RN license in the state of Georgia Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical skills and patient assessment ability Good communication and documentation skills 2️⃣ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility etc. Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) Provide basic comfort care (bed making, positioning, hygiene) Report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse Other duties as assigned Requirements Completion of a state-approved CNA training program Active CNA certification CPR/BLS certification Physical stamina, compassion, and reliability 3️⃣ Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description Help clients with non-medical ADLs: bathing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, companionship Support mobility and transfers (may use gait belts or lifts) Observe and report client status Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED (preferred) PCA certificate or on-the-job training (requirements vary by state) CPR/First Aid (recommended) Patience, empathy, and dependability 4️⃣ Home Care Aide (HCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Description Assist with ADLs and personal hygiene Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, shopping Check vitals, assist with prescribed exercises, remind about medications (depending on regulations) Offer companionship and observe/report changes in condition Other duties as assigned Requirements Completion of a state-approved HHA or HCA program (if required) CPR/First Aid certification (often required) Ability to lift and transfer clients safely Good interpersonal skills and compassion 5️⃣ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description Provide nursing care under supervision of an RN or physician Administer medications (except IV in some states) Perform wound care, dressings, and other treatments Monitor patient health and record vital signs Educate patients/families on basic care Other duties as assigned Requirements Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program Active state LPN license CPR/BLS certification Clinical competence and communication skills
