Caregiver Job Responsibilities: -Provide companion care and emotional support -Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting -Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping -Provide medication reminders and help with mobility or transfers -Accurately document visits using our mobile app Requirements: -Kind, reliable, and patient -Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training! -Comfortable working with veterans, dementia clients, or individuals with disabilities -Must pass required background checks -Must have reliable transportation and an active phone -TB test and child abuse clearances are helpful and may fast-track your application Why Choose Legacy Home Care? -$500 Sign On Bonus (must meet criteria) -Competitive pay ($12.00-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and type of case assigned) -Paid orientation and training hours – We want our caregivers to be the best, and we’re willing to invest the time to make that happen! -PTO (paid time off) – Use your PTO when you want to take time off or cash it in when you need a little extra money! -Legacy Rewards – Earn rewards while you work and redeem them for gift cards to your favorite places!
