Caregiver

Location: Fulshear, Texas Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Aspen Cove Assisted Living is seeking experienced and reliable caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents while also contributing to our marketing initiatives to promote our services. Key Responsibilities: -Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding) -Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals -Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior -Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, safe living environment -Provide companionship and emotional support to residents -Participate in recreational activities and promote social engagement Qualifications: -High school diploma or GED required -Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, particularly in assisted living or nursing home settings -Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus -Ability to follow care plans and medical instructions -Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility -Ability to lift or assist with lifting residents as necessary -Proficient in using assistive devices, including Hoyer lifts -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Must complete a TB test or have a previous TB test within the current year calendar Benefits: -Competitive hourly wage: $14.00 - $16.00 -Flexible scheduling options (Full-time, Part-time, Weekends) -Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development -Opportunities for career advancement -Paid orientation and training
