Part time Caregiver

*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide essential care to individuals in need. The Caregiver will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. *Duties* - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times - Conduct patient observation and report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical personnel - Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship - Assist in developing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals - Provide care in various settings including nursing homes or home care environments - Be prepared for heavy lifting when required *Experience* - Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred - Knowledge of social work principles are beneficial - Familiarity with care plans and nursing practices is advantageous - Ability to work effectively in nursing home or home care settings
