DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - FULL TIME

Magnolia Community Services is a multi-service non profit providing support for adults with developmental disabilities as they pursue their best life. We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults in their group homes and in the community. Full-Time hours, must be flexible to include weekends Shifts currently available include: • Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm -12:00 am, 12:00 am - 8:00 am • Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am, 12:00 am - 8:00 am Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Training and assisting individuals in performing necessary independent living skills and social skills. • Assisting clients with toileting, personal hygiene, eating and all other needs as necessary. • Completing all required paperwork, including documenting services provided to clients. • Transporting clients as needed Minimum Qualifications: • Prospective employees must be 21 of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent. (Required) • Valid Louisiana Driver's License and insurance (Required) • Background check, drug testing and physical • Previous experience is highly desirable, and experience with behaviors is preferred
