Hiring In-Home Support Direct Support Professionals in the following locations: Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Hastings, Richfield, Rosemount, & West St. Paul! NEW LOCATION in Cottage Grove (Does not need to be a driver)! Looking for deeply caring individuals wanting a career with meaning and a job supporting people. Not everyone can do this job. This job requires a unique person that has a unique set of skills. You are a person that cares deeply about people, and want to help each person reach their dreams and live the best life possible. You are willing to support each person with life activities like eating nutritious meals, forming connections with other people, going to movies, getting a cup of coffee, going for a walk or maybe even going to a sporting event. You are comfortable (with training) to help a person get dressed, brush their teeth, going to the bathroom and showering when that level of support is needed. You might be a person who is looking for a career with advancement potential, eager to learn and grow as a person, and want a job that has meaning. You may be a college student studying in any medical-related field, social work, or education. You may be a retired individual who wants a part-time job where they can help others. Perhaps you’re a high school student who wants to help people and maybe even searching for career ideas or a job that can support you financially during college. You may even be a restaurant, retail or delivery person looking for a career change that provides meaning. You may want to work overnight (awake or asleep), evenings, weekends or maybe even a day schedule. You may want to work 8 hours per week, 40 hours per week, or anything in between.
