Join our team today as a territory lead!
As a territory lead you will:
● Oversee an assigned territory
● Lead caregivers and assist them with growth & development
● Introduce clients to caregivers on their first day
● Abide by all caregiver policies
● Take initiative on all cases
● Document/update all care plans
● Set a great first impression with all clients
● Report/document all changes in condition
● Meet with office once weekly
● Completes new start paperwork
● Completes quality visits for your territory
● Shift schedules to accommodate needs
● Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
● 1-year previous caregiver experience
● CPR and First Aid
● Level One FCC
● Article 9 Certification
● Current TB test
