PROVIDER /HOMEMAKER JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS Be at least 18 years of age, or if less than 18 years of age, be a high school graduate or enrolled in a vocational education program. Not be the spouse of a client who receives services. Experienced at least 6 months. Ability to keep simple records. Experienced in understanding and caring of aged and disabled convalescing person. Not be a parent of a client who receives the services, except for family care. Not be designated by HHSC case manager on “HHSC” authorization for community case services form as “Do not hire”. JOB DESCRIPTION The following tasks are inclusive, but not limited to be performed by the provider: BATHING, DRESSING, EXERCISING, GROOMING, ROUTINE TOILETING, TRANSFER AND AMBULATION, CLEANING, LAUNDRY, MEAL PREPARATION, ESCORT AND SHOPPING WAGES PAID BASED ON THE CASE
