Position Summary: The Caregiver Concierge serves as the front line representative of Sara’s Touch Home Care, providing essential homemaker and companionship services that help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. This role calls for initiative, reliability, empathy, and strong personal integrity. Caregiver Concierges work independently, use sound judgment, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Care duties vary by client and may include: A. Companionship and Engagement · Foster meaningful connections through conversation, games, reading, storytelling, and shared activities · Encourage client independence and emotional well-being · Promote joy and social interaction B. Light Housekeeping and Laundry · General tidying: sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming · Bedroom & bathroom upkeep; change bed linens · Laundry: washing, drying, folding, and ironing · Trash removal and organization · Basic pet care as requested (feeding, walking, cleanup) C. Kitchen Assistance · Light meal prep and cooking · Grocery shopping and meal planning · Dishwashing and kitchen tidying · Meal assistance if needed D. Transportation and Escorting · With written approval, may use personal vehicle for client transport · Escort clients to appointments, errands, and activities E. Lifestyle Support ·Promote healthy habits through light movement, games, puzzles, storytelling ·Support daily routines, rest, and nutrition Be a positive, uplifting presence QUALIFICATIONS: · Valid driver's license and/ or reliable transportation · Level 2 Background Screening (required) · CPR/First Aid (or willing to complete within 60 days) · Strong time management and independence · Compassionate, patient, and ethical · Clear verbal communication and listening skills · Physically and mentally fit for caregiving tasks Preferred (but not required): · 1+ year caregiving experience · CNA, HHA, or similar certification EXCLUSIVE COMPANY PERKS: · $200 Sign on Bonus after completing 200 hours · $50 Refer a Friend Bonus.
