Direct Support Professional/Caregiver Residential Group Home (All Shifts needed) HOME NOT ALONE CAREGIVER SERVICES, INC is seeking Direct Support Professionals immediately and we want you to join our team! Available Shifts: - Saturday and Sunday 11A-9P - Saturday and Sunday 7AM-7PM - Saturday 7P-7A and Sunday 7P-9A - Saturday and Sunday 11P-7A - Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am - Monday, Tuesday 3P-11P - Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm - All PRN Shifts WE OFFER: - $14.00/hour - $15/hour - 401K - 5 paid vacation days - $100 referral bonus for you and your referral after 3 months of employment -Medical benefits (Dental insurance, Vision insurance , Healthcare Reimbursement, PTO). RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION: - Ability to work in a group home, home settings - Communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external - Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for periods of time -Must be able to work flexible schedule with availability on weekdays and weekends Minimum Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age at hire - High School Diploma/GED - Current PA.
