About us Our work environment includes: • Growth opportunities • Relaxed atmosphere • On-the-job training • Duties: - Provide care and support to the elderly in a residential care facility for the elderly with a focus on health and memory care. - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist with medications according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions. - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and address challenging behaviors. - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed. - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals in care. • Qualifications: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. - Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and provide compassionate care. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals. - Ability to lift heavy objects or individuals as necessary. - Knowledge of medication assistance procedures and safety protocols. - Flexibility in working hours and availability to accommodate different shifts.
