All applicants must meet the minimum requirements for consideration. 1 year of paid care giving or healthcare experience preferred- BUT, we will train excellent people with good character and a strong work ethic. Be able to pass not only the DOJ/FBI background checks but also health screening and TB test. CPR. First aid certification is a plus. Be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays. And to have flexible schedules for work. Assist up to 6 elderly residents in small care home serving Alzheimer's/ Dementia, in teams of two, near Arden/Fulton area in Sacramento. Toileting, incontinent care, cooking, housekeeping, walking, massaging, play games, hands on assist with arts/crafts, fitness circle, ect. Looking for aides interested in providing a happy, upbeat, helpful attitude in a team environment. Extensive documentation required. Must have strong back and in good physical shape, you will be on your feet a lot. Bonus program, dental insurance and Vision insurance available also. We have a lot of fun with our residents, they are sure to make you laugh and smile on a daily basis.
