Certified Medication Aide Responsibilities include: Serve residents in a manner conductive to their safety and comfort while acting within the established guidelines set forth by state licensing regulations and Vintage Gardens Assist resident with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming Monitor and assist with medication provision, services delivered and, if appropriate, resident condition Escort resident to various parts of the building as needed Assist with meal service Assist with resident activities as instructed Ideal candidate will: Have experience in senior living Must be a licensed (Level 1) in the state of Missouri Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents Appreciate the value of being a dependable & responsible member of greater team Be open minded; willing to listen to and share new ideas Perks of joining our team: Make a difference in the lives of others Medical, dental, vision, and life/disability insurances* 401k retirement savings plan* Paid time off* *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
