Our senior living community is currently seeking 2 Resident Care Associates to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care Team. You will be working in both units. Your working environment is a beautiful facility in the Petoskey area. The ideal candidate will be capable of working on their own as well as within a team. The pay rate for this position is between $16, and $19 per hour. 40 hours per week Shifts are 2nd or 3rd. Every other weekend is required. Insurance benefits are available. You will assist only 5 residents. Responsibilities: Respond to resident questions and requests for assistance in a timely and respectful way. Recognize and respond to residents' physical, psychological, and social needs., Maintaining accurate records. Responding to changes in residents' conditions.
