In Home Caregiver

Amicable Healthcare Inc. is a leading provider of quality home care services in Pierce County County. We have clients in Tacoma, University place, Fircrest, Lakewood,Seatac, Tukwila, Renton, Kent, Covington, Maple Valley, Federal Way, . So as you can tell, we could really use your help! This position will provide personal care and related services for clients in the home when no family member can assume the responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist clients with grooming, hygiene and personal/incontinence care so the client can look and feel their best. Assist clients with mobility, transferring and positioning to ensure the client remains active in their golden years. Assist with meal preparation to help the client maintain a healthy, nutritious diet. Assist with other activities, such as laundry, light housekeeping and grocery shopping so the client’s environment remains bright, clean and easy to navigate. Provide ongoing companionship and conversation to help the client stay socially engaged. Qualifications and Skills: Experience is a plus, but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance. Data-enable, smart phone preferred for reporting purposes. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular and continuous basis. Must be willing to travel throughout the metro area for clients. Possesses good interpersonal communication skills Spanish or second language is a plus
