These cases must be staffed NOW! JOB DESCRIPTION Start: Immediately Location: All Brevard County areas including Melbourne, Viera, Merritt Island, Titusville and Beachside communities Schedule: FLEXIBLE! Shifts available 7 days a week. Choose days, nights, weekends, long shifts, short shifts Tasks: ADL's, medication reminders, meal prep, shopping/errands/appointments, light housekeeping, safety REQUIREMENTS * CNA license or HHA certificate Level 2 background screening completed Valid Photo ID / Florida driver's license Access to reliable transportation plus proof of current auto insurance Health Statement that you are free of communicable diseases (signed within the last 6 months) Current CPR Card/Certificate from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross HIV/AIDS training, 2-4 hour certificate Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication training, 2 hour certificate Alzheimer / Dementia training, 2-4 hour certificate * NOTE: Missing one or more of these ?
