Join our staff at our Waite Park, St. Joseph and Sartell locations! We provide 24-hour support to adults in a nurturing and home-like setting. Our dedicated team of professionals plan and deliver individualized care, focusing on the unique needs and personality of each person. Positions Available: Full-time and part-time evening positions 3pm-9pm/11pm, scheduled 18, 24 or 32 hours a week which includes an every other weekend rotation. Full-time and part-time awake overnight positions 11pm-7am, scheduled 24 or 32 hours a week which includes an every other weekend rotation. Hire Bonus as followed: $50 - 30 days $100 - 90 days $150 - 180 days $300 - 365 days *Position specific qualifications include: Applicants must be able to pass a background study Applicants must be 18+ years of age Applicants must live in the local or surrounding area and have reliable transportation to work Applicants with direct care experience in Assisted Living, Nursing Home or Group Home preferred but not required** **Must be willing to do direct cares with residents If you are looking for a steady income and have a passion for taking care of others, we want you to join our team!
