Medication Technician ***NOW HIRING IN LOS ANGELES & PASADENA AREA*** ***TRAINING PROVIDED*** Job Description Prepares medications for resident self-administration Reports unusual symptoms and problems of residents to Wellness Nurse Monitors the emergency call system for emergency calls and responds Appropriately Assists with emergencies and with safety instruction for residents such as fire drills, etc Attends in-service training workshops, seminars, and meetings Contacts Physicians, family members, responsible party, and or pharmacy as needed Training Provided in the following areas: The infectious disease control policies Policies and procedures concerning resident care and of administering the procedures correctly Record keeping duties regarding residents that must be performed Medication policy and procedures Medication regulations as per CCLD guidelines Shifts: 2:30pm-10:30pm ***Must be able to work weekends***
