Looking for a caregiver from Tuesday-Friday from 7am-3pm

Provide direct care to clients, including complete assessment, toileting, bathing and washing, dressing, housekeeping and cooking. Provide assistance to clients who have limited mobility by helping them walk or transport them in a wheelchair. Collect and record data for each client, maintain client behavioral records, daily living care activities, monitor individual, transport and accompany clients to an appointments, and administered medication. Must approve on a background checks.
