Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse

Elite Nursing Home Health is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Dallas, Tx, Arlington, TX, & Mansfield, TX and surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available) Elite Nursing Home Health Care has been providing skilled nursing care to medically fragile and medically complex newborns, infants, children, and adolescents from 0 to 21 years of age for over 10 years. Our Elite staff specializes in tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, frequent seizures requiring intervention, as well as many other special medical needs that children and young adults may have. We provide care up to 24 hours a day. Job duties include but are not limited to: · G-button, Tracheostomy Skills required (additional training will be provided) · Ventilator Experience Preferred (training will be provided) · Basic Computer Skills for Electronic Documentation (Kantime experience is a plus) · Strong Assessment and Critical Thinking Skills · Excellent Communication Skills · Focus on the medical needs and treatment of the patient in the group home according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel. · Conduct on-going patient care and assessments. · Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. · Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
