New Hope Gracious Personal Care provides services to the elderly in a residential home-like setting. Resident Assistants help residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing and grooming / hygiene. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a desire to serve the elderly, and be reliable. Preference will be given to applicants who possess a current First-Aid and CPR Certification. New Hope is a provider of the Pennsylvania Medication Management Certification Course and staff persons who pass the course and demonstrate competence in passing medications receive incremental raises as well as the opportunity to advance in the organization.
