Excel Healthcare Services located is a Home Health Aid Agency located in Calverton Maryland. We looking for qualified Personal Care Aides, Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Technician who are self-driven, ambitious and hard-working to join our team in our continuous effort in delivering exceptional Care to our clientele. Responsibilities includes but not limited to : 1. Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, laundry, light meal preparations, light housekeeping and other duties as needed 2. Rendering patient care based on the developed nursing care plan 3. Observing, reporting and documenting changes in client's condition, implementing nurses and physicians orders and reporting problems in a timely manner to the appropriate person 4. Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure with appropriate skills and competency 5. Functioning in an effective manner in emergency situations 6.Carrying out basic patient care procedures safely, accurately and according to agency protocol 7. Report all complaints and grievances made by the client 8. Report and document all incidents in a timely manner Qualifications Current Maryland CNA/CMT License Current First Aid & CPR Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs High attention to detail Valid driver's License We are looking forward to hearing from you.
