LVN Home Health Nurse - Shift Care – Gardena,CA

Rite Care Group is seeking LVNs interested in Shift Care to provide skilled nursing to patients within their home. Most of the patients are either of pediatric or geriatric age. The ideal candidate must be compliant and punctual with shifts and paperwork. Good communication skills with staff and multidisciplinary team is required. Candidate must have a reliable method of transportation and have open availability for shifts of interest.
