Care Giver at Congregate

Join Our Team We operate two 6-bed Congregate Living in Los Angeles. Our patient population varies from total care patients to patients who require medical rehabilitation services. We have two separate locations. One in North Hollywood and Los Feliz. As a Care Giver you work along side a LVN for a 12 hour shift functioning as the charge nurse. Duties Include but not limited to: -Documentation -Patient Care -Light Meal Prep - Light Housekeeping - ADL's - Collaborating with LVN's in patient plan of care Qualifications: Experience in home health or other related fields Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication' ' Qualifications: Care Giver Employer type: Home care Uniform: Nurses wear own scrubs Relocation Assistance Provided: No Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (varies on experience)
