Job Responsibilities Include: Provide kind and compassionate care for our residents with an emphasis on patient centered care, quality, and timeliness. Ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while overseeing coordination of residents’ health and wellness needs Active coordination with the interdisciplinary team in both the care planning and care delivery process. License/Certification requirements: Graduate of an accredited LPN school of nursing. Valid, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Ohio. Current CPR certification.
