Advanced Home Care, Inc. Is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Home Health Nursing team! We provide excellent health care to our patients. Your duty of caring for the patients in their homes include tasks such as maintaining ACCURATE patient records, administering medication as prescribed, monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient’s conditions. An ACTIVE LPN license is an essential Requirement for consideration. You will also need to be BLS/CPR certified. A PROFESSIONAL, friendly attitude and effective communication skills are Keys to becoming successful in this role. *Nurse Responsibilities:  Maintaining accurate, COMPLETE health care records and reports  Administering/Managing Medications (PO, G-tube, IM, SQ)  Enteral Nutrition (G-tube, J-tube, Mickey)  Monitoring, Reporting, and Recording symptoms or changes in patient’s condition.  Weekly Head-to-Toe Assessments  Catheterizations (Straight, Foley, Supra)  Wound Care using Aseptic technique  Bowel Programs *Nurse Requirements:  ACTIVE LPN State License  Valid Driver’s License  ACTIVE Car Insurance  EFFECTIVE communication skills  Thorough Documentation skills  Basic computer knowledge  PROFESSIONAL, Friendly Attitude
