The home health aide is a member of the medical team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs in a home care or facility setting. Our home health aides use skills to form relationships and positive experiences with the clients. We’re seeking compassionate home health aides to fill our part-time or full-time openings. What you'll do: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as, light housekeeping, preparing a meal, assisting with personal hygiene, grocery shopping. Provide companionship and conversation Teach patient essential self-care skills, as needed. What we're looking for: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred; One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience accepted in place of the certifications listed above. Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition. Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
