The candidate must have the following qualifications:Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
Current, valid and unrestricted LPN license in State of TN/Multi state
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in community/home health settings; will consider New Grads
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Current CPR certificate
Reliable transportation with valid Driver’s license
Computer savvy and experience in electronic medical charting
Wound care experience preferred
