Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness or isolation. Engaging in conversation, playing games, or accompanying the client on outings. Transportation: Assisting with transportation to medical appointments, social events, or other activities. Communication: Maintaining open communication with family members, healthcare professionals, and other members of the care team. Documenting care activities and observations in a clear and organized manner. Flexibility: Being adaptable to the changing needs and routines of the client.
