It’s an exciting opportunity for the “right” candidates to join our Westlake Woods Care Team in Erie, PA. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct self in a professional and caring way at all times. · Administer medications as ordered by resident’s physician. · Assist our Community residents with personal care services. · Ensure the Community residents’ service and care needs are met consistent with each resident’s expressed preferences. · Practice a “resident-directed” approach to resident services and care consistent with LifeServices’ policies and procedures. · Previous experience with medication assistance in a long term care setting required. For this full-time position, we provide monthly bonuses, along with market rate compensation and a full benefit package.
