Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Family Healthcare Services is looking to hire caring Personal Care Assistants
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be caring and compassionate
High School diploma OR GED Certificate.
Current CPR/1st Air certification.
Successfully complete a criminal background check..
Job Description:
*Possess stamina and the physical strength to be able to lift 25+lbs.
*Answer patient calls and determine the best way to help them.
*Report changes of patient behavior, physical appearance or symptoms
Remind patients to take meds or other nutritional supplements.
Provide support for patients with Activities of Daily Living: hygiene, bathing, dressing,
toileting, walking, standing or exercising.
Meal prep
Light housekeeping
Running errands & light transportation
