Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Shift: Day Shift/Night
1. Frederick: 7 am-3 pm Mon-Fri
2. 7 am-11 pm Fridays
3. Night Part-time
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at BHHC, you’ll play a critical role in patient care and contribute to a team-oriented environment dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patients’ health status and document changes.
Assist with daily living activities and patient mobility.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on patient care plans.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license (MD/Compact)
Current CPR/First AID certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with one one-on-one client
Experience in [Trach/Vent] preferred.
