Caregiver Requirements:
2 years experience caregiving
Certified Medical Technician (CMT) in state of Maryland
Maryland Driver’s License (not provisional or learners permit)
Reliable personal transportation with valid auto insurance in your name
Proof of eligibility to work in the US
CPR certificate
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Ability to successfully pass a Reference Check, Background Check and Motor Vehicle Check, and a pre-employment Drug Screen.
Ability to read, speak and write in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Willing to work with clients with pets or clients that smoke.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Medication and appointment reminders
Personal Care Assistance with hygiene needs
Memory Care
Care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
Friendly and compassionate communications
Take clients to medical appointments and on errands.
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
