Home Health Visiting CNA

-This position is PER-DIEM -PAY IS BASED PER VISIT -Must hold a valid CNA certification -Computer literate and knowledgeable in EMR CNA Qualifications: High school graduate required. Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required. Experience in home health care or related health care field preferred. CNA Requirements: Ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services. - Participates in the development and implementation of client plans of care per RHC, LLC. policy and procedure. - Participates in client case conferences. - The provided home health aide service reflects the plan of care. - Information regarding client plan of care is submitted to RHC, LLC. nurse supervisor in a timely manner. - Client clinical record documentation reflects delivery of quality and safe home health care services. Implements current home health aide services. Uses equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
