FT Weekend Nurse paid per visit

We offer a unique voluntary mental health-medical treatment plan which utilizes the collaboration of all disciplines (RN, LPN, PT, OT, and HHA) to individualize each plan of care. RNs/LPNs for Full-time or Per Diem paid per visit the rate is based on experience. Boston Home Health Aides is seeking a new full-time weekend nurse or per diem to join the team we have AM and PM positions available. Here is a list of what we offer: Paid per visit Competitive pay Medical and Dental 401K with match PTO & sick time Mileage reimbursement We are currently seeking RNs (Registered Nurse) or LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse)to work over the weekend. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their jobs along with being a self-starter. We have AM and PM. A brief idea of what the job entails: Regularly reassesses the client’s nursing needs. Coordinates services and inform the physician and other personnel of changes in the client’s condition and needs. Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Travel to prospective clients’ residences. Lift and transfer clients. Work in the client's home environment. Must have reliable transportation with current insurance coverage and a current state driver’s license. Must maintain current CPR certification Facilitate medical, social, and emotional needs of people with serious and persistent mental illness. Treatment for all comorbidities Manage medications for the purpose of ensuring safe administration and observation of intended and unintended results Collaboration with all treatment providers to structure safety and crisis plans that are individualized and attend to the patient’s unique needs *Spanish Speaking is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time COVID-19 considerations: Must have Covid Vaccine and booster
