Job Purpose The House Supervisor provides clinical leadership ensuring the mission, vision, and values of the organization are supported through the clinical services of the village by participating in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical and programming operations to ensure regulatory compliance, nurturing a person-centered and resident directed culture, and promoting individual and team learning.
