Responsibilities *Perform personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom *Perform household duties, including meal preparation and light housekeeping *Provide patients with mobility assistance *Prepare and submit all documentation by established deadlines in conjunction with policies and procedures *Report unusual behavior and any other pertinent patient information to supervisor *Show flexibility in responding to the needs of the patient Qualifications *High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required *Must be at least 18 years of age *Minimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably in home care, a skilled nursing facility, or hospital setting *Valid driver's license with a registered vehicle that is insured and can pass a safety inspection *Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds *Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills * Must have reliable transportation. * A Current Tb test. * Must be able to pass a drug test , Also have a clean background. * Must be willing to work every other weekend.
