Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
- Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records. - Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members. - Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan. - Supervise Personal Care Aides - Other duties as assigned.
