Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description

Seeking a LPN to join our team. Job requirements include; Medication administration, Admitting new residents, Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff, Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff, and Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health.
