REQUIREMENTS: Proof of Completed EQC Training Proof of Completed Orientation Process Current Background Check with Senior Services Current CPR & First Aid Two-Years of Experience working with Seniors or People with Disabilities Proof of COVID-19 vaccination / Exemption (Per DHS) Lift up to 25 lbs. Pull up to 50 lbs. In addition, the right candidate is responsible, reliable, kind, patient, has good problem solving skills, can work independently, works well under stress, has good time management skills and a positive outlook! JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage a 4-person home, assisting residents with all activities of daily living, managing medication, administering medications, record keeping, housekeeping, preparing meals and snacks and provide a safe environment that encourages individualism and independence, etc. OTHER: The residential manager will have their own separate living quarters and full-bathroom, with a side-entrance that’ll allow for private access. SALARY: $4,200.00 (Room and Board Included)
