Assist with medication passes for our clients, supervise caregivers, charting and incident reports. Report directly to the ADON and Ex. Director. Must have HCA or CNA and have Delegation Classes for both Medication and Diabetic. Order medications for clients. Assist on floor as needed. Respond to emergent situations. Work under the supervision of the Nurse Delegating RN.
