Assist with ADLs, mobility, nutrition and medication administration in Greenville NC. Appropriate teaching. Prepares progress notes. Updates, implement, evaluates the Plan of care. Prepares clinical and progress notes Reports to the appropriate person, the client's symptoms, reactions and changes.
