Responsibilities include but are not limited to • Serve as both a caregiver and life coach creating opportunities and promoting individuality and independence • May participate with assistance in meal planning, personal care, daily living activities, coaching and teaching/developing skills. • Redirect individual when necessary using positive approaches • Advocate for the individual by assisting in communication and self expression and be creative in supporting the individual in meeting his/her own goals.
