Job Description Shift Available – (40hrs FT) 7am – 7pm – Sunday (12hrs) 7am – 3pm – Monday (12hrs) 7am – 3pm – Tuesday (8hrs) 7am – 7pm – Saturday (8hrs) • Perform or assist client’s individual person care needs and get to know their preference and personalities. • Provide nutritional support as needed • Duties may include meal preparation, engaging in client activities • Light housekeeping, transportation, shopping and/or errands nearby • Some clients require assistance with personal hygiene, bathing and grooming • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry • Companionship • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to office • Medication reminders • Reporting changes in the client condition • Practice universal precautions Compensation – 13.00 hourly wage Frans Stay At Home Care LLC Address 47 East High Street Philadelphia PA 19144 Philadelphia, PA USA Industry Healthcare
