Caregiver /resident manager

Live-in position avail. "salary pay" Room to house 1 Person for this position. Possible room for a couple. Position is for 5 -6 days a week with 1-2 days off from 8am to 8pm. This is an adult care home with a maximum of 5 residents 65 and older at anytime. Help clients take prescribed medication Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Perform light housekeeping duties Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Must be 21 yrs or older. Proven experience as a caregiver (willing to train the right person though) Able to read and write in English(Spanish and Romanian ) Able to pass a background check Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Respectful and compassionate Has Multnomah County adult care home program caregiver trainings or willing to get them.
