Hiring LVN's

At California Home Health Agency, we are constantly hiring compassationate and caring nurses who have a drive about caring for those who are in needed of medical asstiance. Being part of our team, you will expiernce working among other professionals in a warm and inviting enviroment. You will be able to work at your own pace/ comfort as you are able to make your own schedule. Responsibilities • Provide Direct Care to patients in their home following the patient's care plan. Under the supervision of our RN's and MD's. • Present quality of care for all patients. • Prepare regular clinical/progress notes and summaries in a timely manner. • Abide by HIPPA protocol. • Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury, or significant change in the patient's condition. • Perform other duties as assigned by a registered nurse *Per visit $35 not hourly
