Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Community Healthcare INC, is a Home Health Care agency looking for a Registered Nurse in the Eastern Shore area of Maryland. The RN will be responsible for completing client assessments and Plan of Cares. The client assessments are due monthly (every four months per each client) and the Plan of Care is due annually.
The RN should comply with all agency policies and procedures. The RN is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to our clients. They should offer quality care when completing face to face time with clients and when completing all documentation. Must have flexibility with diverse clients and cultures. Must be punctual for client's visits. The RN should complete other assignments and duties as requested and assigned, in order to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Company. The RN should observe, report, and document any signs or symptoms indicative of changes in the condition of the client.
Requirements:
*Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing.
*Current CPR certification
*Current TB test
Compensation:
*$175.00 for each client assessment and plan of care completed together.
*$135.00 for client assessments only
*$45.00 per hour for other individual assignments
