Additionally our required monthly trainings are online and paid. Average commute for our employees is only 9 miles. Employees assist with building their work schedule around their availability allowing for greater flexibility and providing proper work-family-life-balance. Your day-to-day tasks might include driving adult to appointments or errands, light housekeeping or organizing and laundry, assistance with getting dressed and ready for the day, assist with learning how to operate smart phones and similar electronics, reminders about important medications or upcoming events, and caring for pets or houseplants. Working with us and caring for the adults requires a clean background, clean drug screening, high school completion, current on COVID vaccinations (unless medical or religious exemption as allowed by law), state issued identification and ability to work legally in the United States. Fluent in English required, ability to speak Spanish also a plus. Applicants with own vehicles, drivers licenses, and vehicle insurance always in high demand.
