We are seeking a professional Caregiver to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of our elderly residents. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties Collaborate with residents and families for best care opportunities Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment Provide light housekeeping, daily ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in personal care or other related fields, preferred Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with residents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work NOC shift 10:00P - 7:00A Education and Experience Requirements: First Aid certification required 1 years of caregiving experience, preferred Must be able to pass background screening, pre-employment physical, TB test, COVID test and drug screening Sign on Bonus Details New full time employees are eligible for $250 sign on bonus after 30 days; additional $250 sign on bonus after 90 days; and additional $500 sign on bonus after 1 year.
