LVN Field Nurse in Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas

We're looking for a field nurse to join our growing organization and provide home health and long term care to patients in the community. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and be comfortable with both ambulatory and bed bound patients. A successful candidate will be able to work well in a team-oriented environment and take direction from a team leader. Requirements: * Be caring and compassionate towards patients and their caretakers. *Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the of the patient and family. *Adhere to the Center for Disease Control, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations. *Use good judgement when dealing with patients, visitors, families and co-workers. *Demonstrate proper infection control measures. *Currently licensed vocational nurse in the state of California *Complies with accepted professional standard and practice. *We are looking for PER DIEM *Possesses and maintains current CPR?BLS certification *Wound care, administer injections, *Bi-lingual is a Plus
